**Products that will usually weigh over 2Kg are snowboards, snowboard bindings, 2 pairs of shoes, large luggage, orders of 5 or more clothing items. If you have selected the incorrect weight we will advise you by email before payment is taken and you can decide whether you want to proceed with your order.

Extime.com have a straight forward delivery policy;

Order before 2pm and your items will be sent that day, order after 2pm and your items will be sent the next working day.

For a guaranteed delivery, requiring a signature on arrival you can use the Next Day or the 48Hr options ( UK only ).

Next Day option ordered on a Friday before 2pm will be delivered on a Monday not a Saturday. If you require a Saturday delivery, then please select the Saturday Special delivery option ( UK only ).

The Finer Details :

Working days are Monday - Friday. Deliveries cannot be made on a Sunday or on Bank Holiday.

We can deliver to your permanent residential address or an alternative address which could be your place of employment but we do not deliver to a PO Box address for security purposes. If you want your delivery to reach you at work, you need to be confident that someone will be there to take receipt of the goods as the courier will deliver to the place not the person!

We can ship to BFPO addresses, using our standard delivery option. All BFPO addresses must be registered as UK, rather than the country where you are posted. Royal Mail will then deliver the parcel to the British Forces Post Office in London. It then becomes the responsibility of the British Forces to deliver your parcel to the correct location. We are unable to ship orders over 2Kg to BFPO addresses, so please split large orders, and order heavy items separately.
