International Delivery help from ExTime.comDo you deliver outside the UK?Subject to Terms & Conditions, products may be delivered to Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United States, Mainland Europe, Eire and the Channel Islands. Deliveries outside the UK are subject to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions. Do you only deliver to the card billing address?No, we can deliver to alternate address but you will need to provide us with some id / utility bill that shows your name at both addresses. What products qualify for international delivery?All our products can be delivered Internationally including clothes and footwear; on larger , heavier items like roller bags, snowboards, surfboards and streetboards but we suggest that you contact us first and request a quote for shipping if you think your order is going to be over above the weight limit. Are DVDs available for international delivery?Yes, they may be purchased for international delivery although not all delivery areas are covered. You should check compatibility with the recipient before placing an order. All our DVDs are Region 2: West Europe and Japan. All DVDs are age related by the British Board of Film Classification. Please note that UK DVD ratings may be different from other countries. Is a signature needed for international delivery?All international deliveries will need to be signed for on receipt. If no one is available to take receipt, a card will be left explaining where the item is and what to do next. How much does it cost to deliver items outside the UK?We deliver to Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United States, Japan and Mainland Europe, Eire & the Channel Islands.

ExTime.com cannot offer any assistance in these processes. To help ensure that customs duties are not payable for deliveries outside the EU, is it advisable to keep your total basket value below the customs duty threshold of the destination country. We operate in pounds Sterling and cannot provide any guidance on currency conversion. What exchange rate will I get if I purchase using a credit card obtained outside the UK?The purchase on our website will be made in pounds Sterling. Your credit card provider or bank will determine the exchange rate. International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate and may add an additional processing or administration charge in relation to such payment which international credit card holders will be liable to pay. Do your prices include VAT?Yes, our prices include VAT at the prevailing rate, we will deduct the VAT from your order if your delivery address in outside the EU.
