We take care of parking your vehicle in an official Paris Aéroport outdoor parking lot located on the Paris-Orly hub and return it to you on your return. A 100% worry-free vacation!

How does the P2 Valet service work?
- Enter your reservation code at the P2 parking lot entrance and proceed to the P2 Valet entrance, following the signs. Enter your reservation code a second time at the P2 Valet entrance terminals.
- Slowly pass through our photo portal at the entrance to the sub-park, which will automatically take exterior photos of your vehicle.
- Park your vehicle at P2 VALET in an available space.
- Note your space number before heading to the VALET reception area.
- Hand over the keys to one of our agents after checking your booking details and signing an acceptance form.
- Leave serenely to take your flight, we take care of parking your vehicle in an official Paris Aéroport outdoor parking lot located on the Paris-Orly hub.
- On your return, present yourself at the VALET reception desk on the date and at the time indicated in your reservation.
- Our staff will hand over your keys at the VALET P2 counter, after carrying out the usual checks and signing a return form.
- Pick up your vehicle at the indicated parking space.
- Leave the sub-park by entering your reservation code once, then again at the P2 parking lot exit.

How does the Valet service work at Orly?

* Service only available on reservation, up to 24 hours in advance, for a minimum of 3 days + 1 hour and a maximum of 30 days. Service available from 3:00 a.m. to midnight.
How can I cancel?
No changes are possible, but you can cancel free of charge up to 6 hours before the scheduled time of entry to the parking lot. To do this, go to your customer area and request cancellation in your current orders. Refunds will be made within 72 hours to the same credit card used for payment.
How do I get to the P2 VALET parking lot?
Follow the P2 Valet signs. Once you've entered the car park, proceed to the P2 Valet counter.
What should I do if my flight is delayed?
The day before your departure, an SMS will be sent to you. If your flight is delayed, don't worry, our team will know (thanks to the flight number you entered when booking).
How can I collect my vehicle in advance?
This request must remain exceptional, as it will have a major impact on the organization of the Valet service.
In an emergency, to collect your vehicle in advance, please go directly to the P2 Valet reception area.
Depending on how busy it is and your vehicle's position on the waiting list, you may have to wait a long time. No refunds will be given.
What is the gantry used for?
The Photo Gantry automatically detects exterior damage to your vehicle, using 250 HD photos.
What should I do before giving the keys to the valet?
Please do not leave any valuables in your vehicle.
The inventory of fixtures carried out on site by the service provider only concerns the external condition of the vehicle, not the interior.
