72 % Dark chocolate with a prowerful roasted caao flavour held by an intense bitterness. The Forastero cacao beans come mostly from West Africa. This Gourmet bar is also composed of freeze-dried strawberries (12 % minimum). We support the « Cocoa Horizons » program which is focused on cocoa farmer prosperity to improve their livehoods anf their communities through the promotion of sustainable, entrepreneurial farming, improved productivity, and community development to protect nature and children. To be kept away from moisture, direct or artificial light, strong odors, dust, heat (ideal 17°C to 22°C).

Dark chocolate with pure cocoa butter: 72% cocoa minimum. Cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, freeze-dried strawberry, emulsifier (soya lecithin), natural vanilla flavour. It may contain traces of gluten, milk, nuts. The cacao beans come from West Africa.
