Aix & Terra Organic Black Tapenade

We carefully select our olives from our local producers and in particular the tench olive from Baronnies (Nyons), in greater Provence. The Tapenade is the perfect combination of black olives (full of Provençal sunshine, pitted and finely chopped) and capers and Provençal herbs. The union of these ingredients makes it possible to have a sweet and rich taste at the same time.
