‌FAUCHON has picked an assortment of exquisite fruit pastes: apricot, pineapple, strawberry, raspberry, Morello cherry and mandarin. Our fruit pastes are crafted in small quantities with high quality ingredients. Their richness in fruit provides them a natural and tasty flavour. Our fruit pastes are created from hand-crafted tradition. They are slowly cooked in open air, in copper cauldrons to preserve the taste of fruits. They are then manually cut et delicately coated with sugar.
