Nicolas Feuillatte Cornas "Terres Brûlées" : Un grand Classique : l’Assemblage des Terroirs de Cornas

A blend of more than 20 plots representative of the appellation. Granitic sandy soil on the slopes of Cornas. After being harvested by hand in small crates, the grapes are partially destemmed and vinified at a controlled temperature for three weeks. The wine is then aged for 21 months in oak barrels (15% new and the rest from 1 to 4 wines). Our vineyards have been certified organic since 2015.

Intense red colour with purple highlights.

A delicate nose with notes of ripe fruit, blackcurrant, black cherry, blackberry, liquorice, cocoa and spices. Rich and spicy, with powerful yet mellow tannins and a lovely long finish.

This wine will be ready to drink in 3 to 4 years but it can be kept for up to 15 years. Serve at 18°C and preferably decant. Perfect with filet mignon or Provençal stew.
