This whisky is the first certified organic single malt single malt produced in Rozelieures. The result of a double maturation in the distillery's traditional casks, then in former ex-Burgundy wine casks, it stands out for its finesse and delicate red fruit notes.

It opens with notes of vanilla and white-fleshed fruit. It then evolves with a touch of brioche.

Unctuous and rich, the palate is marked by subtle notes of caramel and beautiful notes of red fruit.

Located in the north east of France, the Rozelieures distillery, managed by Christophe Dupic, is one of the few distilleries in the world to control the entire production process. From grains, to malting, brewing, distillation and aging, everything is done in-house, including energy autonomy thanks to the methanization unit. Rozelieures is now the leader in the French single malt market.
