Boissier Opera medals

Boissier is reissuing chocolate medals bearing the effigy of the French capital, made from the company's historic moulds. The ‘Médailles Opéra’ represent the façade of the famous Opéra Garnier. Boissier had a counter inside the Palais itself, and in the 19th century would treat the elegant ladies who enjoyed the Boule sweets to wait and woo during the intermissions. Case of 6 pieces (70g) - Assortment of Medals in 54% dark chocolate and 34% milk chocolate.

Ingredients: Dark chocolate: dark couverture chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring) / cocoa content 54% minimum. Milk chocolate: milk chocolate couverture (sugar, cocoa butter: whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring) / cocoa solids 34% minimum.

Allergens: Soya. Possible traces of nuts and sesame.

Shelf life: 12 months. Store in a dry, dark place between 16°C and 20°C.
