Lions de Batailley is the second wine of Château Batailley. The harvest is manual. Fermentatyion and maceration during about 4 weeks. Aged in aok barrels during an average of 18 mounths with a percentage of new barrels.

Lovely intense red colour

Fruity, woody and spicy nose with aromas of red and black fruits (cherries, blackberries), leather and vanilla.

In mouth, frank attack with a beautiful balance, round structure, tannins fine and silky, roasting notes and blackcurrant. Persistent final.
