Paris Séduction Rhum Barbade/Jamaique

Twelve Barbade Jamaïque is a blend made in Laguiole by a cellar master. It is a blend of three distilleries that are highly representative of their island of origin. These three molasses rums have the distinctive feature of having been distilled in an iron still. 6 casks were pooled for this blend, which was aged first in the tropics and then in Aubrac. This rum was bottled brut de fût.

The nose is that of a rum that is both funky and delicious, generous but not wild, concentrated but friendly.

The palate is very sticky and overwhelming. After a very round attack, the rum begins to build in power. It puts the exotic fruits in a state of intense vibration, and all they have to do is melt and flow into a highly concentrated syrup.
