For difficulty falling asleep: 4 mouth sprays before bedtime. In case of night-time awakening: 2 mouth sprays. Do not exceed 6 sprays/24h.

Ingredients for a daily dose of 1.14 ml - (6 sprays): Water; extract of Chamomile flowers - Matricaria chamomilla L. (56.26 mg); extract of Poppy petals - Papaver rhoeas L.
