Paris Séduction Whisky Albariza

TWELVE Albariza is a single malt French whisky, first aged for 27 months in a second-fill pedro ximenez cask from the Gonzales Byass bodega, then for a further 9 months in a first-fill pedro ximenez cask from the Rey Fernando de Castilla bodega.

Slightly buttery, pastry cream, dried fruit and cashew nuts. This is followed by aromas of currants and concludes with lightly smoky notes.

The attack is frank, the whisky is round, generous and elegant, with hints of sultanas.
