Bold, matte pencil saturates lips in rich pigment with up to 12-hour staying power.

Using the tip of the pencil, line lips first before filling in with color to create a bold, matte look. Try lining lips with one shade, then filling in color with a lighter shade for a fuller look with added dimension. Allow formula to dry down fully for transfer-proof color. Sharpen before each use with Pencil Sharpener (sold separately) for best results.
