Take up the equivalent of 2 grains of rice of eye cream, divide it between your index fingers and dab below your eyes over the bony area. Place your index fingers on the inner corner of your eyes and make 3 smoothing movements from the inner centre to the outer corner of your eye. Repeat 3 times, without taking up any more product, below the eyebrow (avoiding the upper eyelid). Then make stronger circular movements over the crows’ feet area. Finish by tapping lightly with your fingertips to encourage a decongesting action around the eyes. Ideally in the morning and evening.
