Collecting your purchases from Extime Duty Free Paris using the click & collect service;
Leaving the official Paris Aéroport and Extime car park;
Visiting an Extime Lounge.

If you have not received an email inviting you to give your opinion following a purchase on the extime.com online store, you can still do so via our trust certificate by clicking here.

Moderation of your review

Treatment

Whenever we collect your opinion, we process it in accordance with the AFNOR standard, to which our partner Avis Vérifiés is a co-contractor. This is part of our commitment to transparency. We ensure the authenticity of every opinion we collect.

These exchanges also allow us to clarify situations, rectify any wrongs, and more generally thank you for the feedback you share with us.

Processing time

We have seven days after receiving your review to process it before it is published on our trust certificate. After this period, it is done automatically and we then have three months to respond.

Posting your review

The publication

Your review will be published as is, whether positive or negative, on our trust certificate.

This certificate is a guarantee of transparency and allows us to display all reviews collected in full compliance.

Your review will not be published if it contains offensive or inappropriate comments according to AFNOR standards. You can find the reasons for refusing reviews by clicking here.

The modification

You may change your opinion up to thirty days after submitting it.

Deletion

(2) The game allows participants to try to win a prize draw:

- A “50 Extime points pack” by posting a review on the Google page for Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport or Paris-Orly Airport via the link on the thank you page after posting the first review.

Extime points can be used on the extime.com website and in partner stores participating in the Extime Rewards loyalty program, subject to the terms and conditions of the Extime Rewards loyalty program.
