Jameson Irish Whiskey Triple Triple Marsala Edition

For the next stop on our Triple Triple world tour, let us transport you to Sicily to experience a truly smooth and unique combination. Always triple distilled and now triple cask: this time we’ve introduced more limited, hand-selected Marsala casks to our bourbon and sherry casks. Jameson Triple Triple Marsala Cask Edition is a blended Irish whiskey comprising pot still whiskeys aged in a combination of American oak barrels, Oloroso sherry wine casks and Marsala wine casks, blended with grain whiskeys aged in American oak barrels. The inclusion of whiskey matured in Marsala casks from Sicily helps to contribute flavours including dried apricot, walnut and woodland spices.

Tasting Profile: Vanilla, Apricot, Tamarind NOSE: Fresh and vibrant fruit-led aromas including dried apricot, banana and kiwi, while woodland spices and hints of walnut add further depth and flavour, complementing the sweet vanilla and caramelised brown sugar. TASTE: Rich and full with notes of toffee apple, vanilla and chocolate-dipped walnuts, accompanied by exotic fruits with a subtle hint of ginger spice. The oak’s soft tannins work in balance with the fruits and spices, creating a wonderfully balanced whiskey. FINISH: Lasting finish in which the fruits and oak are the first to fade, allowing the gentle spices to linger until the very end.
