DEKOLAJ is the first single-vineyard cuvée produced by Grégory Vernant. Located in Le Carbet at an elevation of 245 meters, this steeply sloped (35-degree) plot, known as Clos Godinot, benefits from significant daily temperature fluctuations, which allow for the harvest of sugarcane with a high sugar content. Exuberant yet refined in its classicism, its aromatic and flavor profile masterfully cultivates the art of contrast. Its extremely rich and complex fruit profile, which at times is reminiscent of fruit brandies, is irrefutable proof of this.
