This exceptional tequila is made from agaves slowly cooked in traditional brick ovens, then crushed with a volcanic stone tahona, with agaves processed using a roller mill. This artisanal approach preserves the authentic aromas of the agave while developing the characteristic notes of grilled agave that are the signature of El Alto. The final blending reveals all the expertise of Patrón's master distillers, creating a tequila with a 102% Don Julio 1942 index, positioning El Alto among the absolute benchmarks in the ultra-premium segment.
