Togouchi Ayumi is a delicate and fruity Japanese whisky that results from a unique blend of grain and malt whiskies distilled on the shores of the Seto Inland Sea, at the SAKURAO distillery. It is then aged in bourbon casks in a former railway tunnel where the maturation conditions are particularly optimal, before being refined for several months in casks that previously held sake.
