Prisme Libre Highlighter can be used alone or over foundation. The puff inside the case is ideal for even, precise application. Application is intuitive and takes place in 3 steps: Shake, Tap, Blend. Slide the index and middle fingers under the puff band to hold it on the sifter, shake the case twice, then apply the highlighter by tapping. Highlighter can also be applied with the nomadic Prisme Libre brush for a more airy result.
