You can book an access to Extime Lounge from J-60 (sixty days) up to the date and time of your flight.

No, Extime Lounge bookings must be made exclusively by extime.com online store.

However, to benefit from the preferential rate, the booking must be made from the extime.com online store.

No, payment is made exclusively on the extime.com online store during the reservation. 

Accepted payment methods are: CB, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Bancontact, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay, WeChat Pay, China UnionPay. You can save your credit card for your next payment. 
Payment in installments is not available.

You benefit from a preferential rate when you book an access to Extime Lounge on the extime.com online store compared to a reservation made directly at the lounge reception counter.

Yes, your cart is saved. However, some services are subject to price and availability changes, so it is possible that when you return to your cart to make the payment, an error code will appear. 

This means that either the service is no longer available or the price has changed, so we recommend that you restart the cart process for the corresponding item(s).

As long as you have not validated and paid your reservation, you can add or remove services from your cart.

Once your order has been validated and paid, you will not be able to modify your order.

The status of your reservation is updated in your customer account at each stage of its acceptance. You will also receive an email informing you that your reservation is confirmed.

This feature is available when you book an Extime Lounge access during the checkout process.

If you decide to use your points on your shopping cart and your payment fails, the Extime points you had decided to use will be credited back to your balance within one hour on the online store extime.com. 

Once this time has passed, your balance will be updated and you will be able to use your points again.

Your receipt will be given to you when you present yourself at the reception counter of the Extime Lounge that you have reserved.

Each merchant defines the maximum number of services that you can put in your cart.

At Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport: Terminal 1 international zone, Terminal 2B and Terminal 2D.

Upon confirmation of your reservation, you will receive a map indicating how to access the Extime Lounge you have booked.

Once your reservation has been confirmed by email by Extime Lounge, it guarantees access 3 (three) hours before the departure of your flight.

The information about the Extime Lounge you have booked is provided in the email notifying you that your reservation has been confirmed.

To redeem your reservation, you will need to present the email confirming your reservation, your boarding card, and a valid ID document (identity card/passport).

No, only the person who made the reservation is authorized to use the Extime Lounge access by presenting the reservation confirmation email, boarding card, and a valid ID document (identity card/passport) at the reception counter.

The "name and first name" provided when booking an Extime Lounge access are considered valid for using it. 

If these details have been changed during the reservation process, Extime Lounge may refuse to accept it.

No, you can only benefit from your Extime Lounge access on the day of your flight in your departure terminal.

If you have received an email confirming your booking, you cannot cancel it from your customer account.

If you have not yet received an email confirming your booking, you can cancel it from your customer account here. 

If you cancel your reservation less than 24 (twenty-four) hours before the date and time of your flight, cancellation fees will apply. 

If you cancel your reservation more than 24 (twenty-four) hours before the date and time of your flight, no cancellation fees will be retained. 

If your bank account has already been debited, the refund will be made by crediting the payment method used for the initial transaction.

The date provided at the time of booking an access to Extime Lounge is considered valid for benefiting from it, and you will not be able to benefit from it on a future trip.

If you were unable to benefit from your reservation on the day and time of your flight, you will be charged the full amount of your reservation. 
 

If you cancel your reservation less than 24 (twenty-four) hours before the date and time of your flight, cancellation fees will apply. 
 

If you cancel your reservation more than 24 (twenty-four) hours before the date and time of your flight, no cancellation fees will be retained. If your bank account has already been debited, the refund will be made by crediting the payment method used for the initial transaction.

If your flight has been cancelled and you are unable to travel on the same day from the same departure terminal, your reservation will be cancelled and refunded without any fees.

If your flight is delayed on the same day as your initial departure day and in the same departure terminal, your reservation will still be available (subject to availability).

If your flight is brought forward on the same day as your initial departure day and in the same departure terminal, your reservation will still be available (subject to availability).

If your flight has been rescheduled for another day than your initial departure day and in the same departure terminal, your reservation will still be valid (subject to availability). 

If your flight has been rescheduled for another day than your initial departure day but in a different departure terminal, your reservation will be refunded without any fees. 

However, if your flight is rescheduled 24 (twenty-four) hours or more after the initial departure date, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.

If you change your flight, and you are traveling on the same day as your initial flight and in the same departure terminal, you will still be able to benefit from your Extime Lounge access with your new boarding card (subject to availability).

If you missed your flight but are traveling on the same day as your initial flight and in the same departure terminal, you will still be able to enjoy your Extime Lounge access with your new boarding card (subject to availability). 
 

If you missed your flight and are not able to travel on the same day from the same departure terminal, you will be charged the full amount of your reservation.

No, your reservation will still be linked to the departure terminal specified at the time of booking. No terminal transfer is possible.
