LE MEET & GREET Extime service is a personalized assistance designed to guide you through every stage of your journey at Paris‑Charles de Gaulle and Paris‑Orly airports. Your greeter helps facilitate your formalities (tax refund, check‑in support and baggage handling, security and safety screening) and escorts you all the way to your boarding gate. Before your trip, you can also enjoy a private driver service from Paris and selected nearby cities directly to your departure terminal.

This service ensures a smooth, stress‑free, and fully tailored airport experience for your departure. 

The services offered by LE MEET & GREET Extime service are:

- Departure assistance: enjoy a personalized welcome up to the aircraft door, tax‑refund assistance, baggage handling, and support with check‑in formalities; 
- Private driver service: benefit from a chauffeur‑driven transfer to Paris‑Charles de Gaulle or Paris‑Orly airports from Paris and selected nearby cities;
- Tax refund assistance: take advantage of a dedicated service to simplify your tax‑refund procedures;
- Baggage handling assistance: enjoy baggage handling and support with your check‑in process.

On the online store extime.com, you can book LE MEET & GREET Extime service only if you are traveling from Paris Charles de Gaulle or Paris Orly airports.

You benefit from preferential rates thanks to the Extime Rewards loyalty program. 
 

You anticipate your arrival at the airport by booking your services online and ensure their availability on the day of your departure. 
 

You pay online via a 100% secure payment method. 

Booking LE MEET & GREET Extime service is possible from D-60 (60 days) to H-30 (30 hours) before the date and time of your departure flight.

To benefit from the preferential rate, the booking must be made from extime.com online store.

Accepted payment methods are: CB, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay, Alipay, WeChat Pay, China UnionPay. You can save your credit card for your next payment. 
Payment in installments is not available.

Yes, your cart is saved. However, some services are subject to price and availability changes, so it is possible that when you return to your cart to make the payment, an error code will appear.

This means that either the service is no longer available or the price has changed, so we recommend that you restart the cart process for the corresponding item(s).

As long as you have not validated and paid your reservation, you can add or remove services from your cart.

Once your order has been validated and paid, you will not be able to modify your order.

The status of your reservation is updated in your customer account at each stage of its acceptance. You will also receive an email informing you that your reservation is confirmed.

When you book a LE MEET & GREET service with Extime, you earn Extime points. If you have already collected Extime points, you can use them at checkout. For more information, click here.

If you decide to use your points on your shopping cart and your payment fails, the Extime points you had decided to use will be credited back to your balance within one hour on the online store extime.com. 

Once this time has passed, your balance will be updated and you will be able to use your points again.

You can book LE MEET & GREET Extime service only if you are traveling from Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport or Paris Orly Airport available at all terminals.

Once your LE MEET & GREET Extime service booking has been confirmed, you will be contacted by your greeter to finalize the last details of your departure.

To benefit from your booking, you must have the email confirming your reservation and present it to your greeter.

If you wish to benefit from a LE MEET & GREET Extime service for your arrival flight from Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport and Paris Orly Airport, we recommend contacting LE  MEET & GREET Extime at the following address: contact@parisloungenetwork.com. It is currently not possible to make an online booking for this service.
 

If you have received an email stating that your booking is confirmed, you can no longer cancel it from your customer account. We recommend contacting LE MEET & GREET Extime at the following address: contact@parisloungenetwork.com.

If you have not yet received an email stating that your booking is confirmed, you can cancel it from your customer account here.

If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the date and time of your flight. You will be charged the full amount of your booking.

If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before the date and time of your flight, no fees will be retained. If your bank account has already been debited, the refund will be made by crediting the payment method used for the initial transaction.
 

The date provided at the time of booking a LE MEET & GREET Extime service is final for using it, you will not be able to use it on a future trip.

If you were unable to use your booking on the day of your flight, you will be charged the full amount of your booking.

If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the date and time of your flight, cancellation fees apply.

If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before the date and time of your flight, no fees will be retained. If your bank account has already been debited, the refund will be made by crediting the payment method used for the initial transaction.

If your flight has been canceled and you do not have the possibility to travel on the same day, your booking will be canceled and refunded without fees.

If your flight has been delayed on the same day as your initial departure, your booking will still be valid.

If your flight has been advanced on the same day as your initial departure, your booking will still be valid.

If this situation occurs, we recommend contacting LE MEET & GREET Extime at the following address to request a refund for your booking: contact@parisloungenetwork.com.

If your flight has been postponed to a date other than your initial departure, your booking will still be valid (subject to availability).

If you change your flight, your booking will still be valid (subject to availability).
