Your digital loyalty card can be accessed via your loyalty account either on the website www.extime.com or on the Paris Aéroport mobile application.  It can also be sent to you by email on request by the sales advisors in certain partner shops of the program, and/or be saved on your Apple or Android wallet.

If you already have a “My Paris Aéroport” account, you do not need to create a new Extime Rewards account.  Your credentials (email address and password) remain the same and you can also use them to log in to www.extime.com.

If you already have a Paris Aéroport account but are not a member of the loyalty program yet, you do not need to create a new account. You must join the loyalty program manually directly from your account to access www.extime.com website.

If you are unable to log in with your Paris Aéroport or “My Paris Aéroport” credentials and are unable to create a new Extime Rewards account, please initiate the forgotten password procedure in order to log in. 

No, however you can create your Extime Rewards account directly from the account creation form on www.extime.com or on Paris Aéroport mobile application.

By being a member of the Extime Rewards program, you benefit from 10% discount on the “beauty” category products (perfumes, skincare, make-up) sold by Extime Duty Free Paris on the extime.com online shop.

Please Note: The 10% loyalty discount cannot be combined with other promotional offers (except the additional discount “Rewards EU”) or items tagged “Petits Prix” (low-priced). The 10% loyalty discount can be combined with promotional codes in accordance with the terms and conditions of the promotional code.

If you are traveling to a country that does not entitle tax-free prices, you can benefit from the “Rewards EU” additionnal discount on products in the beauty category (perfumes, skincare and make-up). This discount entitles you to sixteen sixty-seven percent (16.67%) on eligible products in Extime Duty Free Paris shops or on extime.com. 

This offer cannot be combined with other current promotions (in particular products tagged “Petit Prix”).

Exceptionally, it can be combined with the 10% discount on eligible products purchased at www.extime.com and with the 25% discount on the second perfume purchased in Extime Duty Free Paris stores. For a purchase of eligible products in a boutique, if the Member accumulates the present additional “Rewards EU” discount and the promotional advantage of 25% on the second perfume, then the present discount of 16.67% will be applied to the more expensive of the two products in the “perfumes” category.

For every purchase made at Extime Duty Free Paris shops, you’ll earn €5 (including tax) for every €50 (including tax) spent on beauty products (skincare, fragrances, and makeup).

Discounts of €5 (including tax) obtained as part of the same purchase will be combined. Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email within forty-eight (48) hours containing the promotional code that allows you to use the gift card on the online shop or at Extime Duty Free Paris shops for purchases of products in the “beauty,” “wine,” “grocery,” and “confectionery” categories.

At Extime Duty Free Paris shops, you can use your beauty fund simply by presenting your loyalty card at the register when making a purchase. Your beauty fund can be used in the “fragrances,” “skincare,” “wine,” and “grocery” categories. It can be used in one or several transactions until the balance is depleted. The beauty fund can be combined with your Extime points and other promotions in the Extime Duty Free Paris shops except for the "Small Prices" selection. 

In case you detain 400 or more Extime points and wish to use your beauty fund, your Extime points will be used in priority.   

On the extime.com online shop, you can use your beauty fund on purchases containing products from the “beauty,” “wine,” and “grocery” categories. You must enter the promotional code (received by email following your beauty products purchase) before proceeding to the paument of your order. This code cannot be combined with other promotional codes but can be used in conjunction with your extime points. The code can be used one or few times until the balance of your beauty fund is emptied. 

In case you have 400 or more Extime points, you can choose to use either your beauty fund or your extime points or both. 

The 5% discount on car park reservation from the second reservation is no longer applicable. Book a car park

- Collect Extime points for every purchase according to the ratio €1 excl. VAT = 1 Extime point:

• Offline : present your Extime Rewards digital loyalty card at the cashier in Extime Duty Free Paris, Relay, Air de Paris, Travel & Co and Discover Paris shops at Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Paris-Orly airports

•  Online : log in to your Extime Rewards account on www.extime.com for Click&Collect or for a car park and Extime Lounge access reservation or on the Paris Aéroport mobile application to reserve your car park, and for flight bookings on www.extime-vol.misterfly.com, enter only the email address associated with your Extime Rewards account in step 3 "payer's details".

Nota Bene : For car park and Extime Lounge access reservation no point will be credited without an online reservation on www.extime.com, neither for an online reservation made without an Extime Rewards account.

Extime points are credited to your account according to the conditions below :
• For a purchase made at the airport (Beauty, Grocery and Cellar), Extime points will be credited to your account the same day of your transaction before midnight. 

• For a car park reservation, the points will be credited to your account immediately following your actual exit from the parking lot. 

• For an Extime Lounge access reservation, the points will be credited to your account immediately following the booking confirmation.

• For your online purchases on the website www.extime.com, Extime points will be credited to your account immediately after your order is collected from the collection point.

• For your online flight bookings at https://extime-vol.misterfly.com, Extime points will be credited to your account within 72h following the confirmation of your reservation

Each Extime point acquired will be valid for a minimum period of two (2) years.
Extime points collected from 1st January to 31st December of year Y will be valid until 31st December of year Y+2.

Example: you have accumulated 600 Extime points in 2023, these points will be valid until 31st December 2025.

After this deadline, only the unused Extime points accumulated in year N will be removed from your account. Thus, on the 31st of December N+2, the remaining Extime points accumulated in N+1 and N+2 on your account will still be valid respectively until 31 December of year N+3 and N+4.

Example: While the 600 Extime points accumulated in 2023 are valid until 31st December 2025, the 700 Extime points accumulated in 2024 are valid until the 31st of December 2026 and the 400 Extime points accumulated in 2025 are valid until the 31st of December 2027.

When you choose to use your points to redeem an Extime gift voucher, your oldest points will be used first.

Example: If in 2025, you use your account to redeem a gift voucher, the points earned in 2023 will be used first, then those earned in 2024, etc. Hence, in 2025, if you choose to convert 800 Extime points into Flying Blue miles, the 600 points acquired in 2023 & the 200 points acquired in 2024 will be used.

On your loyalty account, you will be able to find the details of the next expiry dates of your Extime points and the number of Extime points that will be removed from your account on that date if not used by then.

You can use the contact form (accessible from Paris Aéroport mobile application under "Contact" or the www.extime.com website) to send us a copy of your receipt and your Extime points will be credited to your account by our customer service.

Only Extime Duty Free Paris shops fashion corners located in terminals 2B, 2D and 2G at Paris-Charles De Gaulle airport and terminal 3 at Paris-Orly airport are eligible for Extime points. Terminals with only their own fashion brands are not eligible for points, either at the airport or online at extime.com.

In order to receive your Extime points when you book your flights, you will need to enter the email address associated with your Extime Rewards account in step 3 “payer's details” of your booking on the website. https://extime-vol.misterfly.com.

Hotel and car rental reservations on extime.com are not eligible for Extime points. To find out more, please consult the program's terms and conditions by clicking here.

During the night of the 3rd to 4th October 2023, a technical change took place in your loyalty program. This has no impact on your points balance. It remains unchanged.

The lines possibly associated with the date 3rd or 4th October 2023 on your history correspond to the transactions you made before this date, and the number of points you earned. 

These transactions are grouped by type: purchases made in eligible stores, or online purchases made on the Paris Aéroport website or application.

1- Present your loyalty card at the cashier (available from your personal account on www.login.extime.com or from the Paris Aéroport application, or from your wallet).

2- In Relay, Air de Paris, Travel & Co, Discover Paris shops

If you are eligible and have a minimum of 200 points, our salesperson will offer you  to use your points to benefit from a gift voucher (= immediate discount) according to the scale of 200 points = €2 excluding VAT of discount. Points are used in increments of 200 points (200, 400, 600, 800, etc...). The maximum number of points in your account will be used automatically according to the points slice rule. You cannot choose the number of points to use.

3- In Ladurée shops

If you are eligible and have a minimum of 200 Extime points, our salesperson will offer you to use your points to benefit from a gift voucher (immediate discount) according to the scale of 200 points = €2 excluding VAT of discount. Points are used in increments of 200 points (200, 400, 600, 800, etc...). The maximum number of points in your account will be used automatically according to the points slice rule. You cannot choose the number of points to use.

4- In Extime Duty Free Paris shops

If you are eligible, our salesperson will offer you to use your points to benefit from an Extime gift voucher on your purchase. Points are used in increments of 400 points (400, 800, 1200, 1600, etc). The maximum number of points in your account will be used automatically according to the points slice rule. You cannot choose the number of points to use.

5- You can check your points balance at any time in your loyalty account on www.login.extime.com website or Paris Aéroport mobile application. The use of Extime points can be combined with the loyalty discount of 10% on beauty.

Reminder of the ratio: €1 excl. tax = 1 point and 200 points = €2 excl. tax. 

If you only have 200 points in your account and your purchase only contains one item, and it is strictly less than €2 excl. tax, then you will not be able to use your 200 points. 

However, if you hold 201 points, this is possible and only 200 points will be charged to you. 

This is a marginally special case, as indicated in Extime Rewards Terms & Conditions

Reminder of the ratio: €1 excl. tax = 1 point and 400 points = €8 excl. tax.

After logging in with your credentials on the website www.extime.com, if you are eligible, rewards will be offered automatically when you make a reservation.

Yes, promotional codes are cumulative with the use of Extime points.

Our loyalty program's rules do not allow us to cover the entire cart amount, a delta of a few cents will always have to be paid. This case is temporary and concerns both parking reservations and Click & Collect purchases on the website www.extime.com 

If you make a purchase on the online store and chose to use your points, if your payment does not go through, the points you used will be credited back to your account within 1 hour. After 1 hour, your points balance will be updated, and you will be able to use your points.

If you get reimbursed for a purchase in a shop, the points that were credited will be immediately debited to your account.

The same goes for the points used for this purchase, the points will be credited back to your account.

If you cancel a parking reservation, the points that were deducted will be immediately credited to your account.

For the earned Extime points, the outcome depends on the merchant reimbursement policy of Paris Lounge Network, specified in the General Conditions of Use of Paris Lounge Network. You may also check out our Services FAQ to learn more about the merchant reimbursement policy.

• If your Extime Lounge access purchase on extime.com is reimbursed, the points you have been credited with will be deducted immediately from your points balance and the points used for the same booking will be credited back to your points balance.

If a flight you booked online at https://extime-vol.misterfly.com is cancelled, the points you have been credited with will be deducted immediately from your points balance. 

If your flight tickets reservation is cancelled and if you have used your discount voucher (obtained after converting your Extime Points), the points you used will not be credited back to your account and the Misterfly voucher will not be reactivated.

Your number of points remains unchanged following the launch of the new Extime Rewards loyalty program. The number of points from “My Paris Aéroport” program are automatically transferred to the Extime Rewards loyalty program and their expiry date remains unchanged.

All the points acquired in your account with My Paris Aéroport before the 3rd April 2023 as well as points pending credit following a transaction that took place before 3rd April 2023 will expire on the date of your “My Paris Aéroport” account.

If you have created your My Paris Aéroport account in :
• 2023, your My Paris Aéroport points will be valid until 31st December 2025.
• 2022, your My Paris Aéroport points will be valid until 31st December 2024.
• 2020, your My Paris Aéroport points will be valid until 31st December 2025.
• 2019, your My Paris Aéroport points will be valid until 31 December 2024.
• 2017, your My Paris Aéroport points will be valid until 31st December 2025.
• 2016, your My Paris Aéroport points will be valid until 31st December 2024.

New points earned with Extime Rewards will follow the rule explained in the question "How long are my Extime points valid for? ".
