Please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled time. Be aware that, although you will have reserved access to the Eiffel Tower, there may still be waiting times at the security check and for the lift that sometimes exceed 1 hour. Audio-guided tour with mobile app, which you can download using the QR code will be provided by our staff. Available in 10 languages. Note: Non-foldable strollers and small suitcases cannot be taken up the Eiffel Tower. Glass bottles, knives, sharp objects, padlocks, alcohol, and aerosols are not permitted on the tower. Free entry for children aged under 4. Tickets are available on sale around 90 days prior the date. Access to the Summit is not possible on this tour. Please note : the order of the tour can be changed according to the time slots issued by the Eiffel Tower. As the ascent to the Eiffel Tower can be done up to 3 hours after the convocation time, your tour will then start with the commented cruise. For safety reasons, the Eiffel Tower’s 3rd floor is not accessible to visitors with reduced mobility or certain health conditions, due to the lack of stair access in case of an emergency
