Vinification : Selection of the fruitiest plots whose ripeness is not too advanced to obtain maximum freshness. This rosé is the result of precision work using an innovative process to remove alcohol and preserve the aromas of the grape variety. We carry out a gentle dealcoholization process, using very low temperature toasting, which is highly effective in controlling quality and reducing the time between treatment and bottling.
