Macaroons are delicious traditional melt-in-the-mouth Provencal biscuits. They are made from powdered almonds from Provence, white of egg, sugar and honey. Here we have added some candied lemon peel.
Almond powder 49%, sugar, egg white, all-flower honey, candied lemon peel 4.9%, lemon flavor 0.31%, fine salt.
May contain traces of nuts and wheat flour.
