Its rich aromas and freshness are the result of precise blending. To produce it, Séverine Frerson selects Chardonnays from several of the finest crus in the region, from the famous villages of Cramant, Avize and Chouilly on the Côte des Blancs, as well as Trépail and Villers-Marmery to the north of the Montagne de Reims and the regions of Sézannais and Vitryat. The wines are then blended with a small proportion of reserve wines, also made from 100% Chardonnay, to guarantee absolute consistency. Perrier-Jouët Blanc de Blancs pays tribute to the House’s signature grape variety. This complex, harmonious champagne reveals the rich nuances of Chardonnay while preserving its delicate floral structure.
