Rougié has designed a boxed set of two foies gras to introduce you to the two emblematic products of the house, the block of goose and duck foie gras.

Place the product in the refrigerator the day before. Remove from the fridge 15 minutes before serving. Open the jar. Using a smooth-bladed knife (previously run under hot water)
remove the product from the mould by passing the blade between the liver and the side of the jar. To cut into slices
reheat the blade of the knife or use a lyre. Once opened
store in the fridge and eat quickly.
