Mud House sub-region Sauvignon Blanc is a concentrated expression of Marlborough, sourced from Rapaura within this iconic Sauvignon Blanc producing region. Situated at the eastern end of Marlborough where bony braided river soils meet the more alluvial and younger silts. This convergence of soil profiles gives an overt lift and pungency to sauvignon blanc; while adding lovely crunchy phenolic textures. TA punchy lift of ripe lime, snow pea and sweet herbaceousness. Refreshing mineral acidity drives the palate and delivers a quenching, dry finish. A warm season for Marlborough growing fruit with great flavour and integrity
