Still showcasing Bruichladdich's floral and elegant house style, The Classic Laddie Sherry Cask Edition adds to the depth and complexity of the single malt with notes of rich dried fruits and toasted almond. Marrying the influence of the sherry cask with unpeated barley, the travel retail exclusive is trickle distilled, un-chill filtered and fully distilled, matured, and bottled on Islay.

We never chill filter and do not add colour to our whiskies. This purely cosmetic process strips whisky of its natural oils that can cause cloudiness. We’d rather a slight haze in the glass than remove flavour and compromise mouthfeel.

The additional sherry cask maturation adds to the complexity of the single malt, enhancing the elegant and floral style with notes of rich dried fruits and toasted almond.
