Portofino Dry Gin was created out of a love for Portofino, its charm, and its prestigious history. Twenty-one botanicals go into the production of Portofino Dry Gin, each carefully selected for its aromatic properties. The opening notes of Portofino Dry Gin come from fresh lemon and juniper, transporting you to the hills of Portofino. They pave the way for a whole world of Mediterranean aromas, ranging from the coastal scents of rosemary and lavender to the soft, delicate notes of marjoram and sage, evoking the traditional cuisine of Liguria. Distilled from Italian wheat alcohol by a historic Italian distillery, each batch of our gin is crafted by combining traditional and innovative methods& an authentic copper still used to distill grappa and local liqueurs, as well as a Rotovap, a state-of-the-art technology that produces vacuum distillation, thereby preserving the aromas of our most delicate ingredients.
