Opens with a nose of sea salt, seaweed, stewed green apple and heather honey combined with a subtle rhubarb tang | A hint of mellow vanilla, crusty pastry, hazelnut, dried orange peel, ginger, lemongrass and tarry peat embers intermingle | A burst of carbolic soap and salty seaweed on the palate followed by hints of stone fruit, smouldering campfires and blackcurrant on the tongue | Liquorice root and aniseed lead to notes of herbal thyme | Savoury notes lead to iodine and flavours of oily mackerel for a sweet and powerful finish.
