With reserved access, step inside the Louvre and explore its must-see masterpieces while uncovering the captivating history of this former royal palace, transformed into a museum in 1793. Spanning 73,000 m², the Louvre showcases more than 9,000 years of art and history, from ancient civilizations to the 19th century, across eight departments: Egyptian Antiquities; Greek, Etruscan and Roman Antiquities; Near Eastern Antiquities; Islamic Art; Paintings; Sculptures; and Decorative Arts. Your guide will take you on a carefully curated orientation tour through the museum’s highlights, including Leonardo da Vinci’s Mona Lisa, the Venus de Milo, the Seated Scribe, the Apollo Gallery, iconic French paintings such as Liberty Leading the People, the lavish Apartments of Napoleon III, and the Richelieu Wing with its impressive collection of French sculptures. Following this cultural immersion, embrace the romance of Paris with a scenic cruise along the Seine. Your cruise ticket, provided by your guide, allows for a seamless transition from the artistic treasures of the Louvre to the stunning city views from the river. Glide past iconic landmarks such as the Eiffel Tower, Notre-Dame Cathedral, and the Louvre itself, all while enjoying the city’s timeless charm. This combined experience offers the perfect balance of discovery and relaxation—explore the masterpieces of the Louvre and unwind on an unforgettable cruise along the Seine
