Les Nicois Rosemary mini-focaccias from Tata Rita

Focaccia is a flat bread baked in the oven and considered as the Italian version of the fougasse. At Les Niçois, we make them in a small size, well baked, very crispy. We have prepared them with rosemary to serve as toast for our spreads or to be eaten as is!
