You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the flight departure. Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the flight departure will result in the loss of all fees paid, which will not be refunded. Any request to change the date or flight number will be treated as a cancellation and will require a new booking on your part. We reserve the right to refuse any service request. In the event of a refusal, the fees paid will be credited back to your account.
