ELABORATION. A blend of our Bercloux single malt (Charentais stills) together with that of the Hepp distillery (Carl stills) and that of the Vercors distillery (vacuum stills) to create a synthesis of what the French whisky industry does best: a triple malt. AGEING. Maturation in old Sauternes barrels during the final months of ageing. These barrels are sourced through short circuits, racked and filled the very next day to guarantee freshness and quality.
